About Bryce Neier

A criminal defense attorney with nearly two decades of professional experience, Bryce Neier currently owns and operates the Law Office of Bryce D. Neier, his own private litigation firm, that focuses primarily on family law issues. Mr. Neier is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts including the United States Supreme Court. He is also able to handle appellate cases in both state and federal courts.

Bryce Neier prepared for his years in private practice with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Stetson University in Deland, Florida where he graduated in 1983. Upon graduation from Stetson University, Mr. Neier was commissioned a second lieutenant in the US Army where he served five and a half years active duty service where he obtained the rank of Captain before embarking on his legal career. He served five years overseas in Europe before returning to the United States where he then enrolled in Campbell Univeristy Law School. He obtained his law degree in May 1992 and successully passed the NC Bar Exam in August 1992.

In 1992, Bryce Neier worked as an assistant public defender in Robeson County, North Carolina concentrating in criminal law . Mr. Neier then in 1993 worked as an associate attorney at the Law Office of H. Terry Hutchens doing both criminal and civil litigation before becoming a partner in the Law Firm of Brown and Neier in 1994. He eventually opened his own private practice in 2004.
